Terms and Conditions Masterclass ‘Het Zeeuwse Licht’

Enrol 

To enrol you must fill in the online registration form and complete full payment for the workshop. Once the form and payment have been received you will be sent a confirmation per email with relevant details regarding the content of the Masterclass workshop and preliminary practical information. At least two weeks before the Masterclass begins you will receive a new email containing additional information with regards to travel directions, expected time of arrival, meeting place, etc. In the event of a workshop being full there is always the possibility of placing your name on the waiting list.

Cancellation 

Up until maximum 8 weeks before the start date of the Masterclass you will receive a full refund of payments made. No refund will be paid if cancellation of the workshop occurs within 8 weeks of the starting date but the possibility of alternative dates can be discussed in order to still complete the Masterclass workshop . Candidates on the waiting list can also be approached to fill the opened space and in the event that this occurs then a full refund will be paid.

We maintain at all times the right to make changes to the structure of groups and/or workshop dates. If one or more workshop dates are cancelled, you will receive a full refund of the amount already paid to us. In the event of the workshop being cancelled you will be informed by us at least 14 days before the commence date of the Masterclass. The refund will be made within 30 days after cancellation.

Liability 

Masterclass ‘Het Zeeuwse Licht’ is not liable for damages or costs which occur during the workshop. Masterclass ‘Het Zeeuwse Licht’ is not responsible for situations which occur outside their control during the workshop or during transport to and from the workshop. For instance – delays, loss of belongings, injury, accidents or damage to personal property.

It is advisable to have a personal travel insurance (with possible cancellation clause) and, or, special risks insurance.

Masterclass ‘Het Zeeuwse Licht’ reserves the right to adapt the programme of the workshop due to unforseen circumstances e.g. weather etc. We also reserve the right to offer an alternate artist to lead the workshop should this be deemed necessay e.g. ill health. We promise at all times to do our very best to offer equally suitable alternatives should these circumstanes arise.
